24 POSTURE TAIJI YANG STYLE FORM COURSE
During this workshop you will learn the 24-posture Yang Style Taiji Form.
This is one of the most practiced Taiji forms in the world today.
It is simple to learn and by the end of this workshop you will be able to complete the full set.
By practicing this set regularly you will reduce stress, be calmer and have a quiet and peaceful mind.
