200 hour Qigong Teacher Training Options

Level 1 –
200 hours

 

In–person course attendance and Online program:

 

 

To become a certified 200hr Forest Rock Level One Qigong Teacher,

Trainees must complete 60 hours of in-person introduction courses or the two Forest Rock Online Qigong courses, 105 hours in-person attending teacher training courses and 35 hours registered independent teaching. There are two options to achieve the 200 hours required to attain the Level One Qigong Teacher certification.

Option 1

Course unit 1.

a) Introduction Ba Duan Jin Qigong (BDJ) Course
(4 days) 30 hours

    which uses the BDJ Qigong system- 37 lectures  

    (The exercises will need to be practised online for 7 consecutive days)

Rights and Responsibilities

 

  • At the completion of the 200 hours Qigong Teacher Training, you have the right to call yourself a “Certified Forest Rock Qigong Teacher” verbally, in your teaching, and in print or online, including marketing and other materials.

 

  • You have the rights to teach at the level of your training any Forest Rock taught BDJ, SBS and ZZQ Qigong Exercises or any other Qigong system taught during the Qigong teacher training – you have the right to also publicly teach the warmup stretches, Opening and Closing forms, and Qigong healing meditations and any other Qigong systems learnt during the Forest Rock Qigong teacher training Programs.

 

  • You have the right to charge money for classes where you use the Forest Rock Qigong name or methods, provided you teach inside the bound of your knowledge and skill in alignment with your teacher training qualification.

 

  • You will have a Qigong Teacher listing on www.petercaughey.com and we will add your name and contact information on the website as a certified Forest Rock Qigong teachers.

 

  • Maintaining Your Certification and continuation training – you have the responsibility to continue your training by adding at least 20 hours of in-person trainings every 2 years. Eligible trainings include: Live Forest Rock Qigong courses or new Online Forest Rock Qigong courses.
