03 Mar How Qigong is useful in your life

In this short video I explain How Qigong is useful in your life.

The video includes a simple exercise that you can practice called ‘Floating Silk Hands’ from the Shi Ba Shi Taiji Qigong system. This exercise is great for the Lungs, Kidneys, Heart and Spleen meridian and some of the benefits are that it aids asthma and bronchitis symptoms, it helps to balance the Heart, energizes the Kidneys and quieten the mind.

If you would like to learn more about Qigong I will be running Qigong Teachers Training courses in Auckland, New Zealand 17 – 19 March and Ubud, Bali, 20 – 24 July and I am now taking bookings for the Ba Duan Jin Qigong Course in Ubud, Bali 19 – 22 April.

In this course you will learn how to create a calm mind, an open heart and how to have a deeper connection with yourself, others and nature.
We will also practice how you can connect with your own inspiration and intuition to discover your true purpose through the practice of Qigong.
