In this short video I explain How Qigong is useful in your life.
The video includes a simple exercise that you can practice called ‘Floating Silk Hands’ from the Shi Ba Shi Taiji Qigong system. This exercise is great for the Lungs, Kidneys, Heart and Spleen meridian and some of the benefits are that it aids asthma and bronchitis symptoms, it helps to balance the Heart, energizes the Kidneys and quieten the mind.
