Hi I’m Peter Caughey, a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Spiritual Teacher and Writer. I love helping people break free from their stories that I believe make them unhappy, discontent and unwell. I’ve helped people from all around the World to break free from these stories and I’ve discovered that most of us have similar patterns and beliefs that are limiting us from living our full potential as a human being. During my combined 25 years of teaching Taiji (Tai chi) and Qigong and treating people in my Acupuncture Clinic, I have learnt about how to create a higher quality of health for people and how to break their limiting belief stories.

“Win an enemy with love; gain a friend for life.”

The Forest Rock Taiji and Qigong Monastery School was created out of the teachings and information gathered over Peter’s 25 years plus period of studying Taiji Chuan, Qigong, Traditional Chinese Medicine and from the principles of Traditional Monastery Schools teachings from China.   The Forest Rock Taiji and Qigong Monastery School was established in 2003 and the Trust in 2009. The School carries some of the unique philosophy and teachings of the ancient monastery schools in China.   Part of the Philosophy of the school has been handed down by teachers, and part is by experience and is now taught and upheld by the Forest Rock Taiji and Qigong Monastery School. It is Peter’s privilege through the Forest Rock Taiji and Qigong Monastery School to carry on the traditions and teachings of some of these ancient practices.
